We’re looking for a warm, skilled, and community driven Pilates or sculpt instructor!

What You’ll Do:

• Lead mat-based Pilates/Sculpt classes that are accessible, challenging, and rooted in intentional movement

• Create a supportive, judgment-free experience for clients of all backgrounds and body types

• Offer clear cueing, safe modifications, and progressive options for all levels

• Collaborate with the founder to help shape the early client experience

Ideal Candidate

You are someone who:

• Believes that movement is for everyone

• Has experience teaching mat Pilates/sculpt in small group settings

• Is confident, caring, and communicates clearly

• Is excited about being part of a mission driven, women-focused gym

• Is reliable, flexible, and collaborative

Requirements

• Sculpt/ mat Pilates certification required

• Must be available to teach weekend morning and weekday evening
