1. Who is The Pink Gym for?

The Pink Gym is a women-centered space welcoming all women who feel aligned with our mission of strength, wellness, and community.

2. Do you offer beginner-friendly classes?

Absolutely! Our programming is designed to meet you where you are. Whether you’re new to strength training or Pilates, our coaches provide modifications and guidance for all levels.

3. What should I bring to class?

Please bring:

  • Water bottle

  • Towel (optional)

  • Grip socks (for Pilates)

  • Closed-toe shoes (for strength training)

We provide mats, weights, and all necessary equipment.

4. What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel at least 4 hours before class to avoid penalties.

5. Do you have showers or locker rooms?

Yes, we offer showers and cubbies. We recommend arriving dressed and ready to move!

6. Is there parking?

Metered street parking will be available on Lancaster Ave.

7. Can I use the space to workout on my own?

At the moment, our space is only for classes conducted by trainers.

8. Can the studio be booked for a private event?
