1. Who is The Pink Gym for?
The Pink Gym is a women-centered space welcoming cis women, trans women, and non-binary individuals who feel aligned with our mission of strength, wellness, and community.
2. Do you offer beginner-friendly classes?
Absolutely! Our programming is designed to meet you where you are. Whether you’re new to strength training or Pilates, our coaches provide modifications and guidance for all levels.
3. What should I bring to class?
Please bring:
Water bottle
Towel (optional)
Grip socks (for Pilates)
Closed-toe shoes (for strength training)
We provide mats, weights, and all necessary equipment.
4. What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 6 hours before class to avoid penalties. No-shows result in a $10 fee for unlimited members or a lost session for class-pack holders.
5. Do you have showers or locker rooms?
Yes, we offer showers and cubbies. We recommend arriving dressed and ready to move!
6. Can I bring a guest?
Yes! First-time guests receive a free trial class (by reservation). Guest passes are also available for purchase.
7. Is there parking?
Yes, we have street parking.
