Our strength classes are designed to help women build muscle, improve endurance, and feel confident in their bodies. Whether you're new to lifting or experienced, our workouts focus on form, function, and progressive overload — helping you get stronger safely and sustainably.

Community

At The Pink Gym, community is core to our mission. We host free workshops and events focused on women's health, wellness, and empowerment — from self-defense classes to doctor-led talks on PCOS, mental health, and more. These sessions are open to all women, helping us build a stronger, healthier community together.
